Public Offer (Offer)

1. Parties
This Public Offer is made by ROXIN Studio (“Provider”, “we”) to you (“User”, “you”) for access to and use of the Platform.

3. Top-ups and Balance
- Users may add funds through integrated payment providers (“Top-ups”).
- After confirmation, funds are credited to your Balance.
- Balance is virtual and cannot be withdrawn for cash or converted into money.
4. Non-withdrawal of Balance (important)
Under no circumstances will we refund Balance as cash or transfer it out of the Platform. Balance is used exclusively within the Platform.
